Purpose/Process
This project provides the opportunity to apply hands-on skills in developing a needs
assessment proposal including the instruments to be used to collect the data for
performance improvement. Possible organization types include community-based
groups, colleges/universities, corporations, healthcare organizations, military
organizations, religious organizations, schools, and non-profit organizations. This
project is developed and graded in two phases. The HAT Template is provided on
